Valinch & Mallet Benrinnes 16 y.o. peterson It was distilled from theA Benrinnes distilled in 2008 and aged for 16 years in a first fill ex sherry Amontillado cask, before being bottled at a natural alcohol content of 53. 2% without cold filtration or added colourants. On the olfactory evaluation it offers complex and elegant aromas, with notes of dried fruit, sweet spices and a hint of toasted wood. On the palate, rich, layered flavors of raisins, nuts, caramel and spice emerge, balanced by a delicate wood influence.
