You can use them with the included headpiece or simply attach them directly to the bridle. When using Loose Gag Cheeks with a snaffle bit, we always recommend using two reins: one on the Loose Gag Cheeks and one on the snaffle. The Loose Gag Cheeks distribute pressure between the horse's mouth and poll. Material: Leather
