CHILI CASCABEL VON XATZE 500g Añejo verleiht es Ihren Speisen eineThe Cascabel chili is a small to medium sized dried chili known for its round shape and the distinctive rattling sound it makes when shaken similar to a bell. Its shell is hard and dark red to brownish in color. It has a smoky, slightly nutty aroma and moderate heat (1,000 3,000 SHU). Perfect for sauces, marinades and stews, it adds a special depth and warmth to Mexican cuisine.
