is the backbone of this wine

Jacques Prieur Bourgogne Blanc 2020 chateau-clos-l-eglise Block 1 of the NicasiaRipe aromas of apple, pear and citrus zest blend nicely with a hint of earthy wood. Vibrant and intense on the palate with clean citrus, linear acidity and a bright, zested lemon note on the finish. The perfect accompaniment to seared scallops, creamy cheese, anything (and everything) with butter or a random Thursday on the couch.
