Elevated spicy dark cherry, anise and strawberry scents are interwoven with toasty cedar, forest floor and subtle clove notes. Light in body the savoury palate is decorated with dark cherry and anise flavours which sit over a spicy back drop of toasty cedar, forest floor and dried herbs. Finishes fresh with fine grained tannins
