Cristom Vineyards Eola-Amity Hills Chardonnay Louise Vineyard 2021 SO20231114 vanilla and the cooked agaveThis elegant Willamette Valley Chardonnay is aged 11 months in French oak with subtle barrel influence. Fresh cut grass, chilled Gravenstein apples, and chamomile tea notes open onto a palate that's honeyed and saline, with beeswax and stony minerality. The wine balances opulence with brightness, finishing with Pacific inspired salinity and exceptional length.
