Domaine Delarche Pernand-Vergelesses Les Boutieres 2022 SO20231114 This rare bottling from WilletGuillaume Delarche sources only from 70 year old Pinot Noir vines for this over performing village wine, which sits just below Premier Cru vineyard status. The deeper soils yield a richer, more savory expression of black fruit than you'd typically expect at this level. Aromas of black cherry, licorice, and earth lead to a supple palate with fine tannins and a gently spiced finish. This is elegant, mature Burgundy that drinks beautifully now.
