Domaine Denis Bachelet Gevrey-Chambertin Vieilles Vignes 2023 [NET] Jura and Savoie The 2022 produced candied stoneThis is the heart of Denis Bachelet's range, a village Gevrey Chambertin from old vines (Vieilles Vignes) that blurs the line with premier cru quality. Bachelet has run his four hectare estate nearly alone since 1983, building a cult following for wines of finesse, perfume, and quiet power. Old vines give this village wine real depth and concentration, all handled with restrained oak. The 2023 is classic Gevrey: structured, fragrant, and rewarding
