Catalina Sounds Sound of White Pinot Noir 2021 hickinbotham Left on skins for a93 POINTS Cameron Douglas MS "Fragrant, lifted, complex, varietal and enticing bouquet. Flavours showcase dark plum and black cherry, some raspberry and ripe cranberry qualities then layers of spice from wood. A stony mineral quality adds complexity enhanced by fruit and course silk textured tannins and a backbone of acidity. Quite delicious with a fresh appeal and youthful taut mouthfeel. Best drinking from 2025 through 2034." 15 September 2023 93
