and its cellars sit at the base of the Léchet hill

As always from this block we see some cured meat and a smoke-char interest driving the back palate

All the fruit is hand harvested but then macerated to the press to increase the volume of solids in the juice

Red and dark fruited with soft tannins and pleasurable as a wine on its own or with food

Voyager Estate Project Nouveau Rouge 2022 Size::1 Bottle and its cellars sit atA blend of organically farmed WA delights predominantly Cab Sauv, with Malbec, Cab Franc and Merlot added to the party. No oak. Unfined. Made for immediate enjoyment. You best believe the Project Wines are where Voyager Estate show something unexpected, yet still thoughtful. They call this a Cabernet blend for Pinot drinkers, which piqued our interest and we certainly werent disappointed.
