2022 Domaine Bourdy Cotes du Jura Blanc Riesling holidays and properly sourced seasonalMouthwatering with mussels and frites, this golden colored Chardonnay from Jura is dry and delicious. Classic Jura notes of funky sherry like nuttiness, flor, ripe pears, baked apples with a briny minerality and zippy acidity. Keep in mind: not your typical French Chardonnay; open several hours before serving; can stay open for well over a week; does well in your cellar for years to come.
