Chartogne-Taillet Cuvée Heurtebise 2019 (Disg. Feb 2024) cremant-dalsace fermentation with indigenous yeasts

fermentation with indigenous yeasts

A sure favourite

It is a textural wine but also has a nice line of zesty acidity

pepper and velvety tannins and the Montepulciano adds mind boggling colour and the ability to say a word that sounds sexy
