Ideal for accompanying cured cheeses
I put it to the test by tasting the wine over three days
bright and fragrant white from Marlborough
You can expect a lot more flesh and stone fruit pulp than you would typically find in a Petit as well as a driven
Punt Road Barrell Selection Pinot Noir 2023 cremant-d'alsace Ideal for accompanying cured cheesesEntirely sourced from blocks one and five of our Napoleone Vineyard in Coldstream, the original 35 year old plantings of MV6 Pinot Noir. The fruit was separated into two ferments, with block five 100% whole bunch and block one whole berry. The whole bunch component gives the wine an aromatic lift whilst adding structure and a complex savoury element, whilst the whole berry portion adds juicy fruits and fills out the palate. Gently pumped over twice
