Tropical fruits, melon citrus & apple aromas feature on the nose with gentle spice tones & integrated oak. The fruit profile is powerful yet controlled, oak beautifully balanced, the acidity bracing with a saline mineral quality. Refreshing, delicious, & very long. Drinks well with Salmon fish cakes or sashimi.
