Irene Headband in Velvet -- Emerald Bows it's finished with a hand-madeThe Irene Headband in Velvet was born of our desire to create a modern, wearable interpretation of antique crowns that have long captured our imagination. Made by hand in New York, silk velvet ribbon is spiral draped around the padded headband base. Its height highlights the lush texture and fine quality of the silk velvet.
